   How to create and access a new email account?

    In your cPanel control panel, click on "Email Accounts":


Then create the emails of your choice with passwords.

You can also define a quota for each email created:

create access email

To access this new email account:

Type the address: http://www.yourdomainname.com/webmail
Enter your login: contact@yourdomainname.com
Enter the password.
Click on the icon of an available email reader from the list or the link: "Read mail using ... .."

How to configure Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express or IncrediMail to receive my email?

When you create one or more POP E-mail account (s), some settings must be made in your e-mail software:

Incoming mail server (POP3): mail.domainname.com
Outgoing mail server (SMTP): mail.domainname.com
POP3 account name: Your email address (example: contact@domainname.com)
POP3 account password: The password chosen when creating your email via cPanel.
Login: Enter your email address (example: contact@domainname.com)

An automatic configuration option is available on your cPanel control panel for shared hosting and reseller clients:

If you access it by cPanel

Log on to your cPanel on http://www.domainname.com/cpanel using your login and password
On the "Mail" menu click on "Mail Accounts".
Next to each mail account you will find buttons as shown in the picture below:
Click on "Set Email Client"

If you access it via the webmail

Log on to your webmail at http://www.domainname.com/webmail using your email and password
Click on "Set Email Client"

Automatic configuration

You will be directed to a configuration page

Select the client of your choice (example: "Microsoft Outlook Express automatic configuration, for POP3 access")
Download the proposed file and run it at the end.
If your e-mail client (example: Outlook express) is open, close or re-open it.
Your account is set up and ready to use.
