How to recover the history and new mails at zimbra free?
If this is the case, to receive all messages from another mail service, first make sure your Zimba free account has POP access and then change the Transfer and POP / IMAP settings from Gmail:
- On your computer, sign in to the Gmail account from which you want to import messages.
- In the top right, click Settings Settings and
Settings.
- Click the Transfer and POP / IMAP tab.
- In the "POP download" section, select Enable POP for all messages.
- Recommended: Next to "When messages are retrieved with the POP protocol", select keep the original Gmail copy in the inbox.
- At the bottom of the page, click Save Changes.
Then change the Gmail settings to enable the import of messages:
- On your computer, sign in to the Gmail account to which you want to import messages.
- In the top right, click Settings Settings and
- Click the Accounts and Import or Accounts tab.
- In the "View other e-mail accounts" section, click Add e-mail account.
- Enter the email address of the other account, and then click Next Step.
- Enter your password.
- Recommended: check the boxes below:
- "Always use secure connection (SSL) when retrieving e-mails"
- "Add a label to incoming messages"
- Do not check the other boxes.
- Click Add Account.
